ABOUT OUR JEWELRY
Our jewelry is thoughtfully handmade using freshwater pearls, genuine abalone shell, and sterling silver. Because we work with natural materials, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, shape, and texture.
Our sterling silver is generally suitable for sensitive skin, although everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend checking with us if you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity.
Pearls and abalone are delicate natural materials and should not be cleaned with harsh jewelry cleaners. Each Mareya Studio piece is handmade with care, and the natural variations in our pearls and abalone are part of what makes every piece beautifully one of a kind. ♡

REPAIRS
Our pieces are made with care and created to last, becoming part of your everyday life and special moments. Over time, signs of wear can naturally occur. Whether your piece needs restringing, polishing, or a refresh, we’re here to help bring it back to life so it can be continued to be worn and loved. To begin your repair simply fill out the repair form. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide pricing details, next steps, and an estimated turn around time. Once confirmed, simply send your piece to us, and I’ll thoughtfully restore it to its original beauty.

SHIPPING
Each piece is handcrafted, carefully packaged, and sent off with the same intention it was made with. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, and you'll receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
RETURN
For all returns items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging. In the case of a return, shipping cost will not be covered.
Please note that custom pieces are final and not eligible for returns.
